1. Send us an email about the problem as you received the watches within 14 days as you received. We will reply you in 24 hours.
2. Make sure that the products in its original condition. That means the product hasn't been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged and so on.
3. Pay for the price difference if you exchange another one (if there is any).
4. In addition, we will pay for the exchange shipping fee if it's our fault.

Note: We will make sure to compensate any possible defect of the watches, in case it is the manufacturer's fault. However, if the timepiece has been damaged intentionally or accidentally during delivering or wearing, this kind of damage will not be covered.
